    I also believe it saves the synchronizers as before I did this mod, shifting was never smooth and I had to really pay attention to lining up the gears when shifting or it would be difficult to get into gear. Now it just drops right in, smooth as silk. This should definitely be at the very top of the list for MT owners.

    The install only takes about an hour including bleeding the clutch if you can get to it without removing the exhaust brackets.

    I’d be kind of worried about that. I’ve had a couple Miatas and a Subaru in the past and those transmissions are notchy as hell but the Tacoma transmission feels slippery as glass

    Took me about twice as long as it should have, thanks to the upper-most flare nut, but I removed my accumulator today.

    I echo what others have said about the clutch finally feeling like it should have from the factory. Thanks to @Trident904 for the kit he developed to simplify the upgrade!
