    Just found a great rust free first gen Tacoma and want to swap out the seats.. what good cost effective seats line up with a 1986 Tacoma single cab truck. I rather not have to modify something in order for it to fit but these current seats have to go. Thanks everyone!!!

    I assume you mean 96 tacoma, but I've heard 4 runner seats line up nicely. Anything else will need some modification. Scion xb Seats are some that I've seen done a few times.

    Anything other than 4runner or tacoma sounds like they ride a lot higher, so be wary if you are tall.
