    got a quote on a 26x26 building.

    I'm looking at about $8k for it and I'm guessing I'll have $3k in concrete. I was expecting $15k in the whole ordeal so that gives a lot of room to play

    Look into Diamond axles you can get them in all sorts of different configurations with several different front removable center sections like toyota. From ford 9" chrysler products and toyota. Also ECGS makes a direct bolt in dana 60 that uses all your stock parts that you can upgrade to some discs from SOS Performance (you just have to source parts for the brakes).
