They won't scour the internet for you, looking for the cheapest parts price in the land and then pass those parts along to you at no markup and then charge you an hour labor to install it all for you.

Could you do the scouring yourself and then handle the job in your driveway for under a grand? Probably.

 

FWIW...there is nothing like 98,99,00,01 4runners. not before, nor since.

ok if you have gen 1 or gen 2 you get a pass as they are nice.

Just sold my daughter's mint, so Cal, 2000 Limited 4Runner and already regret it. If it were a 4WD we'd have kept it. It was slow as shit but man was it bullet proof.

The truck was totaled. What you cant see is the passenger side suspension is collapsed from a broken uca. If I hadn't had that bumper, I would have had the engine in my lap

 

Thank you this was very concise and helpful. I understand I signed a multi page document that may have said some of this stuff however it is not my insurance paying for damages asked, therefore wouldn't it be their burden of proof to prove that my vehicle has no significant loss of value post accident?
