Hopefully soon! The motor is set to be dropped off tomorrow and then I'm giving them about a month to break it in Still needs a tune but I'll try to knock that out the same week I get it back. I am getting a pair of Raptor Rear shocks to put on the back too to compliment the 2.0's going in up front

Damn I just got back from a month in the desert for ecology/bio research. I think I’m the only person that wants to stay inside for another month.

 

I spent years in the desert and camping with the military. I want to camp all the time lol

Just the opposite for me.

Combat comm deployments made me hate camping.
When your ham radio hobby becomes your full time job, it loses its appeal.
No A/C filter can survive contact with Middle Eastern dust.
135 degrees is too fucking hot, and anyone who says "but it's a dry heat" deserves to be beaten to death with the wet-bulb globe thermometer's tripod.
During all of this, carrying a weapon while wearing armor is outright bullshit, and whoever thought we needed MOPP gear too is next after "dry heat" guy.

 

I wish it hit 135 the year I was there. Temp broke our thermometer at 150.

A/C felt cold inside our tent at 98

 

Qatar was the worst because we were 8 miles from the sea. As soon as the sun went down, 99% humidity at 99 degrees. We'd get hot dirty fog early in the morning. You'd trek to the cadillac to take a shower, and be filthy immediately afterward.

Saudi was at least an actual dry heat and Riyadh was marginally enjoyable, but then you had to deal with Saudis (who are the absolute worst people anywhere, as a whole). Everyone else (Turks, Filipinos, Jordanians, Egyptians, Indians...everyone who wasn't Saudi) was totally cool.

I still think of shawarmas and juicy juice...
