Man oh man! This is exciting!! Youre gonna have to give me a ride in this beast once you get it running right!

Having a spare trans will definitely come in handy. You gonna swap em out yourself? I have a trans jack if you ever need to borrow it

I'm willing to give a few rides for people :D I will have to do an email tune at least so the shop can romp on it some so dyno tuning is being put to the side until the trans is built I think.

I am gonna try to swap the trans myself after it's built so a trans jack would be dope! Maybe I can get @Texoma to help me install it :anonymous:

    You da best

I have found a few trans on craigslist already but trying to find one pretty cheap and not a broken housing. I already have a couple options to take the trans to get built, locally and at the shop in Dallas.

@BassAckwards Found a trans! It's about $470 to ship it to me but I also found one about 98 miles away that I might pick up instead for cheaper

Hell yeah, thats great news! The shipping is cheaper if you can get it sent to a business (if you need to go the shipping route).

I originally pd for residential shipping (about 100 bucks more) and they still sent it to my work address, so i just had them refund me the difference. Something to think about though if you have somewhere they could send it to save you some coin

Only issue is I dont have a fork lift to unload it which is the killer part. Otherwise I would just ship it to work :p

I saw the plans badass!! You should look into the cantilever system for the rear. I guy I used to wheel with in CA had that setup basically was a street legal Baja truck.:stirthepot:

I dont think it weighs that much so I emailed my company's mailroom to see if theyre cool with it :D Hopefully so. It's not that heavy of a trans and I can probably unload it myself but junk yards are weird like that.
