Those macros are way off base. Your fat minimum should be double that.

I use the rule 0.7g per pound of body weight (assuming BF% under 15) for fat and 1g per pound of body weight for protein. Those are minimums not maxes. Carbs do what works for you.

Meh. Till failure just feels right. Doing sets of 10 when you can do more just says “you’re not done” mentally to me.

I never count reps tbh. Just try to average 6-10. If I can do more, I add weight.

Failure is different day by day as well. Sometimes it’s mental failure where you’re just tired lol.

No spotter so it’s not like I’m getting the bar stuck on my chest every set lol. I just go till I feel like I can’t go anymore.

I typically do 1 rep shy of failure.
I work muscle groups not my ego LOL.

It’s a mental thing for me lol not a ego thing. I’m a all out person. If I start something then I wanna finish it.

Ima try to fix my diet myself and get to the next step with this fitness life and if I can’t, I might pay for a coach or trainer to help take me to the next level

I would say you really aren’t going to failure. Failure means you need a spotter to bail you out.

And nothing wrong with that. I think failure everyday on your main lifts is just setting yourself up for injury.

Failure is more to push yourself every once in awhile or to see where your 1RM is.

Because I still can’t do shit, I’ve been listening to joe Rogan podcasts today. The Dr Phil one is a pretty good one. I think @PackCon you asked about it. Good one to start on

I’d be afraid to climb that with the Taco. I’ll probably snap a leaf spring or something.

I’m ready to go back to a real truck again.
I like the T4Rs but that price tag...
and I have to have a truck.

I will get a 2017 4Runner TRD Pro in Cement when my dad dies.
And a Roush F-250 Diesel when my FIL dies lol

Just kidding. I’d rather keep my FIL :rimshot:

I did see that. I’m not huge on the off road stuff. I’m more into the hauling and towing capabilities.

    I had an F-250 for 10 years.. I miss. I mean I don’t miss 12mpgs but I miss the capability.

~4,400 payload and 13-16,000 towing. I got it with intentions of throwing a welding machine in the bed and pursuing welding gigs. Had to get the truck first. saving for machine and tools now.
