Oh, I can't keep up this week! Happy REAL BDay @T4Rgurl ! Happy Thirsty Thursday TTC! Mowed the lawn, one dry trip to the store, one very wet trip to the store, Wife is painting painting painting.... Good doobie and got her some take out. I'm stripping the top wall of the speakers, wires, and doorbell, so she can get it again tomorrow. Looking like something though! Floor installer to be here Monday! So, a lot of prep to finish out.

Oh, and Honey, I shrunk the TV!

They're a goto, so is Baja Kits, King and Fox. Total Chaos is generally regarded as the best.

Oooo what a fun day, today was...

We finnaly got our second bucket back from, from the guys who have been using it the last couple months....

First thing check the tools, and most where gone, and what wasnt was switched put for some ragged out junk....

the bucket was trashed out and had several inches of dirt and mud.. along with misc junk bolts and hardware. Same with the belly..

But the real fun hasn't even begun....

I am up in the air getting ready to pull rope through the block for the top circuit on a new line we are working on. About 45 plus feet.up and the lower boom all the way up. Trying to reach out as far as the truck can go.

And I lost all my upper control. Hit the e stop to turn the controls off and then back to confirm I didn't hit it by accident... no luck.

Holler down to the guys on the ground. And they try putting my outriggers down a bit more... oooh that was a fun ride for me....

Started to work then stopped right away.. this was repeated several times. All with the same outcome..

Time for the bucket rescue procedures. The guys on the ground took over control with the lower controls and started bringing me down. About half way down, my controls started working again.

Hopefully the mechanic can duplicate the problem. And figure out what the issue is so it can get it fixed.

On the first part, seems to be a blow today, as they have extended the posting through 7/21 for a job that was to start 7/1, and he hasn't got an interview call yet. We didn't get to talk with him tho, was going to spend some time with friends tonight. He is still working with HS students until July, then will be doing production (set up) work with some pro composers. But this was going to be his job, so we wait and see....

Well, I flat gave up, and will have a bargain sale on 6x9 multi-axle Pyle that are not bad. I NOW have TWO unopened sets that I will sell soon I hope. And the 6x9 (can't remember the popular brand) that I took out and were really OK, just falling out. They refunded me on the set of 6.5 with Xover and tweeter that I got two of..... Got that?

The 6x9 were MORE than the refund, but if I can sell off the those two pair, maybe I come out close to even. Got too tired of trying to explain to ONE more person, ONE more time.

Man that is tough on the job situation. One thing I’ve always tried to remember is that a “No” always means that there is a better “Yes” coming. I hope he gets what he has worked hard for and I’m sure he will. Glad he has been able to make an impact on some HS kids. They need that in their lives!

Sounds like some crazy stupid stuff with the whole Amazon deal. They sure don’t make it easy and it seems that common sense is all but gone in today’s Customer Service environment. At least with the larger corps that farm out the work to overseas. Sounds like you cut your losses and moved on. Good for you. Hope you can recoup your $ spent at least.
