    Just saw it on Facebook.
It blows my mind how understaffed we are and how there's no attempt at new hires.

We’ve been on the upswing with new hires. but makes for a fuckton of unresolved issues at Shift change... they need to learn time management and urgency.

My relief always sits in the breakroom until about 7:15. I walk out the door at 7 regardless. I'm not staying b/c you want to sit on your ass and finish breakfast.

We have two people working each shift splitting the week. Makes it almost impossible to get time off without screwing someone over.

Typical day shift; usually only 1-3 of 12-14 here when we’re heading out.

I'd fire every damn one of them. I know that sometimes things happen, but you should never be continually late. Leave your fucking house earlier

Got an email from dayshift not long ago about showing up 10-15 minutes before shift so passdown could be done with enough time for them to leave on time.

Nine times out of ten, day shift isn't here until 0700 on the dot or after.

We’ve added up the time they’re late everyday/week/month and they’re stealing upwards of a week and a half of taxpayer funded time per year.
    Fucking disgusting

I bet they'd stop that shit if they had to clock in. Things tend to change when you get into people's pockets

Sign in and out, no time clock.
New building is swipe card access; we move in a couple months. Should be interesting.

Bueno just making sure so I don't say something that would get us introuble xD

My nights have been filled with helping people with their reptiles and driving around for a while now.

Used to play games, but I just can't get into anything anymore lol

Reptiles? Are you a late night reptilian veterinarian?
Nice to have another Coloradan in the thread.

Just don't be too stupid and the mods seem to leave us alone.
