Nuts, But they actually have speed limits on the Autobahn atm xD

Since it's been so hot there they are worried about the asphalt cracking and causing accidents.

I've never heard of that happening before though

Glad you're crazy and not dead

Haha, I should've just taken her to that Reptile expo in Denver. Showed her all the cute reptiles we could have.

Only on parts of it. Saw no special limit signs posted this morning - was free and clear, but they do dynamic speed limiting at times, so maybe the past couple days during hot times they posted some, but it would be only localized. Locally, on the A6 between Kaiserlsautern and the A6/A63 junction - remained no-limit during the hot days.

    and thanks. :)

That's how I was reeled into having so many *drools*

Get a snake, They are easy and you can leave them alone for a week and not have to worry about them if you need to go out of town.

Oh - and yeah, it's not crazy. Driving 100+ now feels like driving 60mph did back in the states. It's not fast-feeling. It's relaxed. Last year when I got my mini, my daughter and i took our cars (i'm in her old Golf while my mini awaits a motor rebuild) to inspection. On the way back I had her golf at about 100-115mph...I couldn't catch her. She said, when we got home, "This thing is pretty fun - although above 200km it feels a little jumpy".

She was 19. Had been driving for about a year and a half over here and already knew what comfortable speed feels like. Yes, if these laws were given to the US population people would die as they do stupid stuff...but after that, it would become normal and highways would be a shit-ton safer for everyone.

I wanted to go with/without her but there was something going on that weekend. Not sure she'd go for a snake. I did take her to the reptile stores here and she was keen on some of the 'cute' geckos and such.

I wouldn't even care as much about the speed limits if people just stayed in the Driving lane instead of the Fast lane all the damn time.

That and actually accelerate when getting onto the road in the acceleration lane and not try to get on the 75 mph highway at 50 mph....

This is no lie. A few years ago a woman shot her sister b/c she wasn't upset enough that Auburn had beaten Alabama. Some folks take this shit way to seriously.

I felt a little of that when i lived in Enterprise. I didn't understand it and maybe never will. I mean, yes - cheer for whomever you want...but c'mon...it's absolutely a religion to some. Very personal and they put their ego in the hands of their sports-team-of-choice.

Haha, she likes the leopard geckos, blue day geckos, teeny tiny beardies... Basically anything small and cute. (Except the gators, she specifically said no about one of those :( )

    xD
Blue day geckos are just lookers.
But you can actually handle leopard geckos and beardies.

It honestly depends on if you want to set up a bioactive or not :p

Day geckos would be great in a bioactive enclosure.

Leopards and Beardies need a more sterile place until they are adults then you can do whatever.
