Fuck that guy. Drop the (proverbial, via a lawyer) hammer on him!

Probably cost you the same, but does loser pay legal fees up there?

Yeah I can apply for a bonded title once the car is reassembled. Same story, $500 and if the dipshit decides to report it stolen until I get the title in my name then we have to go to court. The title loan place wont tell me how much the lien is so I can decide if its worth paying off or not.

Also, the whole point in buying this car so my wife and I would have a fun street/strip car to play with on the weekends like we use to. The truck is my daily and its fun out at bridgeport but just doesnt bring the same rush and her Jaguar is too expensive and uppity to beat on. So I really hate to have a car I cant insure or drive on the street.

Not sure, I figured a lawyer would cost me more than $350 I spent on the car. Lol.

The car is stripped down to the shell. I told the title loan place they can come get whats left if they want. Its not worth the $350 to me to invest the time and effort into putting it back together and towing it back to OK. Plan B is sell off the good parts and cut the rest up and scrap it.

Small claims for your costs and the potential lien.

    Still working on it :annoyed:

We really want to make sure we are fully up and running and have everything set up before we have a big grand opening. (We want to make it cool for everyone). Right now we are playing catch up from all the back orders we had from the moving process of us being down. We are all most there and our goal is to at least have a date in the next couple of weeks. Right now we are officially open if anyone would like to come down and get some products or come say hi!
