    I did all but the ceiling (still on my list of things to do) and the firewall (not sure I'm that ambitious).
    +1, and I wanted to maintain a stock appearance so as not to entice thieves. It doesn't quite rock the whole neighborhood, but it sounds good and I'm happy with it... AudioControl LC2i Line Out Converter, JL Audio XD200/2v2 Amp, Focal PS165V1 Speakers, and a Sound Ordnance B-8PTD Sub.
    +1.
    +1, though I found it best to use Noico in combination with something like Hushmat or Dynamat.

    One of these days, the evaporator will need to be replaced. That is when mine will get done.

    @BassAckwards

    I couldn't figure out gates stupid website so @12TRDTacoma helped me with that.

    Gates belt K060690HD

    Be warned that the snout will get shaved so thin that the metal retainer will be held on by a c-hair of thickness. I shaved right through in a couple spots. Athlaos ground his right off lol. Looks like it lightly holds a dust shield in place and that's it. Also the snout cutting tool won't work, you'll have to use a dremel, grinder or something else.

    Fun times

    You would think you could just modify the snout cutter to shave it down more

    Thanks for the info man! Do you have any pics of how much you needed to trim on yours? I will probably take a dremel to mine so i dont have to take the hub off

    You'd have to cut a square hole for the cutting bit closer to the center diameter of the body to pull it off. And be very precise on distance or you'll shave the c-hair thin metal that the retainer clip rests in

    I didn't take pics and I just kept removing metal until the 2.3 pulley would slide over with no rubbing

    This right here... Though I have recently been running a 69.5" belt instead of the 69" because I had chirping from my belt at idle and it was pissing me off and it seems to be reaching normal boost numbers just fine. Though that may be due to my tensioners increased spring strength.

    Behind that retainer and shield is a open non sealed roller bearing. If you cut past the shield you may run into issues down the road. So be careful with your cut. I can upload pictures later of the innards in the setup.

    Wow your truck has a totally different blower whine than mine. But I'm on a 2.85" making 6-7psi of boost.

    Lol. Well I'm close to about double of what you are currently boosting at. Once you start spinning it to the moon it starts to dramatically change its whine under boost.

    Comparing my pulls to you guys. Genuinely curious what I’m putting down.

    Don’t want to brag or get in trouble so I’ll just leave my pulls out of this :anonymous:
