    Damn! Try demanding to talk to someone. I called twice about the shipping costs & TW discounts & talked to a girl there on the phone. She seemed nice but I would tell them your having an issue & you need to talk to someone. They also have a YouTube channel I think. Bad word of mouth on here will hurt them for sure! Good luck man!

    After I had them installed I did notice the plastic around the DRL was separating on both driver and passenger lights. I notified USR and offered replacement or return. Then got an email stating they looked thru their stock and all of them had this issue. So no replacement and now I have to have them uninstalled and reinstall my stock headlights. Such a headache.

    Damn i had my headlights for 6 months and since you pointed it out i finally realized mine are like that too. OCD kicking in time to change lol

    Where did you purchase them from? I bought mine at USR in Rancho/Ontario Ca. When I pointed this issue out they said that the all of their stock on hand all have this issue.

    That’s basically what they told me but reworded and avoiding the words defective. I believe they are aware of this problem that’s why they sell them at discount. But I’m just speculating.

    Directly from the customer. Your customer service team doesn’t need to grow, they need to be unemployed.
