I'll thank and highly respect any man/woman who serves and acts appropriately in and out of uniform. But cm'on, look at this thing.

I understand but firstly we are talking about an inanimate object. Secondly, just think of the things or people you have made fun of in your life without knowing if the person was a veteran. This was obviously not a jab to veterans. I have nothing but the highest respect for them as I came from a military family. So let’s take a chill pill here.

I think the Taco 3G tailgate is tasteful and the letter decals are a nice addition.

The Ranger on the other hand.......oooosh....goddam.....that’s a big ol’ butt. I would not be enhancing the already enormous letters.

Wish our tailgate letters were larger, like if each one was nearly the size of a license plate, yeah that would be the bees knees... :anonymous:

What if I have a 1st and 3rd gen in the driveway? Does that make me old, young or just fucking smart?

It makes you confused. You don’t know whether to check your tranny level or de-haze your headlights.

I noticed generational difference with camping gear. I camped in the mid 80’s/90’s in my ‘69 Jeep. I would take a sleeping bag, a tent if I was with my girl friend, food, change of clothes, beer and a tow strap. That it. Nothing else. I ran the rubicon with no sleeping bag or tent one time. I don’t understand all the gear that people bring nowadays. Poor Tacoma’s look over packed with the hard tents, racks, boxes of recovery gear, kitchen drawers, stoves, chain saws, refrigerators, gallons of water, matteresses, compressors, welders, gobs of parts, recovery tracks, rock lights, etc.
