    howdy @Bigdaddy4760, can fish be smoked in a smoker? The future Mrs was asking about smoking salmon. All the recipes i see online call for either brining the fish first or using a cedar plank. You ever just smokes salmon with a dry rub on it? Maybe @Misplaced Nebraskan would know as well

    I brine salmon an black cod then smoke. You can smoke them in a pellet smoker. High heat and watch it closely.
