LOL. You don't need big balls to run the Rubi. The Dusy yes, the Rubi no. I was actually looking for something to do Aug 23rd-35th. It's a Fri-Sun. If you get done with the Rubi and want to run Buck Lake and Snake Lake that weekend let me know.

I’d be interested and could have full skids by then (have sliders on already). But just worried that my stock tires, suspension, and bumpers on the Offroad may make it challenging, and with a cap and RTT I’m a little low, although the truck is new.
I do have skid plates in the cart at BAMF and that would give a reason to spend money. I just don’t know that I can get everything done on time, and having never even seen the Rubicon, don’t actually know how challenging it would be.

Are you serious? A stock rig on the Rubi. Let me know how that works out for you.

    LMAO. More like seppuku.

That was exactly my point. Sorry for the confusion. I know that it wouldn’t be ready, and I don’t think I could get it done in time.
I definitely didn’t word that correctly...I changed what I was trying to say as I was typing, and didn’t clarify.
But, no, I would attempt that, not with what I have (or even just additional skid plates). I know that it takes more.

To flesh it out a bit more, I guess I was thinking that it would would obviously need the armor and lift, but likely high clearance bumpers as well (especially due to long wheel base), and that’s not gonna happen by August.

As for being like seppuku, I don’t disagree.

You probably shouldn’t advertise on the open forum if you want it to be a small group. Stick to PMs. All my trips are small groups. That’s why you never hear about them on the forum.

Edit: I know you know this. Not sure why I mentioned it. Could be beer talking. Carry on.

    Lol

Its a well known place. Not many vehicles are capable. Maybe i should invite that guy on the turd gen forum aski g if he can take his stock rig thru? Lol. Im keeping this down to a 5 rig minimum. After 5, everyone can fuck themselves :)

Good point. It’s self filtering. My truck is capable...my driving not so much.
