I have to be careful. Hurt my back and I have to take it easy working on the truck. I only did a wheel bearing and removed the flares and I need to lay down for a bit.

 

I also can only install the rears. My R/F fender is dented, I have a new painted fender ready to go on and the L/F fender has to come off so I can replace the driver side door upper hinge.

 

Sorry bud, i know what its like to have back pain. Ive got a fracture on the right side of my spine right above my ass crack and it causes me to not bend over at the waist and bend at the lungs - i have a soar neck and shoulders often.

First mod. New wheels and tires.

 

I had a discectomy at L4/L5, L5/S1. Pain is night and day after the surgery. Some days I would walk in to work at 8:00 and leave at 8:10.

On a side note, after the surgery, in my hospital room I was talking to the doctor telling him I remember them wheeling me into the room the day before.
He said that I had a full conversation with him in the recovery room. I have no memory of that.

Mine back needs to be constantly loose - if i do the same thing all day ill be hurting. When i sleep i wake up all stiff and it takes a few hours to "wake up"

My ebay cheapo traction boards came in today. I wish the would fit together more flush, but hey can’t beat the price. I’ll have to run to Lowe’s tomorrow for the mounting hardware.

 

I was walking back to the parts department after they gave me the wrong bulb. I stepped and slipped on a battery hold down that I put on the floor.
Fell on my right side and hurt my back. It's why I cant work on cars anymore. Trying to get into the IT field.

Red plasti dip is peeling faded and mostly gone on one side, depending on price I may or may not clean it all off.

 

Uni filter and rear diff oil change

 

ok since I blacked out the shifter console or whatever it's called last week, I decided to black out the radio bezel. No rum and coke on this one guys. mainly because I'm clumsy and I had a feeling I needed to touch up the bezel after I was done and I did. Not too bad though.

tips: you must undo the plastic screws on the instrument board so that the radio bezel can be removed. be gentle, don't break anything. it'll be hard at first, use some of those plastic pry bars thingies. work one corner at a time and you'll be ok.

Putting the bezel back in after you're done. Well, I thought it was difficult because you've got to watch all corners of the bezel and not scratch anything. I did, hence the touch up.

Final product was very good 10/10 would do again. Oh, I did 4 coats with this one as well.. no clear. just my preference.

I have noticed however that even the tips of my fingers seem abrasive enough for this type of paint. I just used some shiny cleaner and it fixed right up.

Finished cutting the grass right before the bottom dropped out! Then took a breather and watched it rain for a little while. Guess no bath for the taco today!
