Good evening, has anyone installed wheel spacers and if so, are you happy with the result? Thanks

    Hundreds have. Most like them.

Sometimes because they help with function, sometimes because they stance.

Just get proper ones like Spidertrax or Bora and you’ll be happy.

Yes I have, I got the SPIDERTRAX 1.5in spacers for my DCSB OR.. I have a 3" lift with BFG k02 Tires and TRD Black Wheels.

Made the WHOLLLEEE truck look a lot better. The tires stick out just barely enough to add the stance'd aggressive look. Not sure if this was also a dependent variable, but it felt like the truck was more planted as I drove.. If that makes sense?

The spidertrax spacers are better than your off the wall cheap shit because it is hubcentric. Meaning it has the perfect fit from the wheel to the hub, so you won't get vibrations at high speeds.

I also use my truck for some pretty rough off road situations and I like that my wheels would (theoretically) help protect the sides of my car from pokies sticking out in the way:boink:

from your pic, I would say your tacoma would look bad@$$ with some spacers. Just be wary of going farther out then 2" and choose your brands carefully. It was $200 for my set of 4 off Amazon. Super easy to install. I've heard some people use a type of Loctite to seal the Spacer to the Hub.. so far I haven't had any issues without it, just make sure you get everything tightened down properly!
