Also the closest pick n pull is an hour.. Amazon was a better price.

Will take some time to get used to the assembly. But i fit

 

compact is not the word I would use for it’s folded up mode but it’s definitely easier to travel with than my 12 foot mad river

That was the first time opening it and fully assemble. I actually was starting to disassemble for the picture.

I still need to pick up a paddle. But this is it folded up. Its about waist high. And the lady I bought it from said i will get lots of attention when i take it places.

I think you may have missed a post. Or maybe I only thought I posted. I clamped ~10-12 lbs to the tailgate and it would slam open so I'm gonna pass.

My thoughts as well. I sold my white water boat. It had a lot of scuffs on the bottom. I enjoyed paddling creeks and playing in the Susquehanna River at the Dauphin Narrows. The LAST thing I want to worry about is hitting a rock and puncturing the boat. My old Pyranha Burn was pretty hard core.

 

I don't plan on going in any rivers.. but this should hold up.

 

Yep, lakes and ponds... you'll be fine.

 

I have a bending branches paddle for sale if your interested. Only used it for about 5 minutes and returned the kayak I bought it for.

50$ it's basically new minus some sharpie marks. I marked inches on it to measure fish. Have a life jacket too but I imagine it too big for you.
