So does Cory & I along with anyone else who rides in a LT truck. The whole reason why I didn't want to ride in it in the first place but when Matt asked "who's next" I couldn't pass it up.

Seriously? Airing down is a must! I always air down to at least 18-20, 10 or less if I'm at Pismo. In the rough terrain it's way too harsh without airing down, brain rattling & will give me a headache. In the sand I'll get stuck if I don't air down.

I can't believe you were whomping that hard without airing down. You truely are a mad man! But yeah doesn't make sense that you got rocks in between the bead. I was aired down & pretty much went through everything you did & didn't have an issue. Then again I wasn't drifting like you were. Maybe it was those donuts around that treee we were doing at the end?

My fault, didn't check for clearance on one of the resi's when I put them on. Never had an issue until I went wheeling. I thought I heard a weird rubbing noise when we were out there. All good, fixed it that day after washing everything & is when I noticed it.

After you left, we went through that trail again, Cory decided to take two laps consecutively. I had to check Cory's setup again as one would have thought he was LT with the way he was mashing through everything. It sure is fun rolling with him though.

Lazzzzy asses! It was hot so I'll give you that & the gas station is not too close. I always drive down to Castaic to air back up, I just drive slow. Need to get me a nice portable air compresor that won't overheat filling up 33s.

I bought these damn cheapo tire deflators made by SmittyBilt which are copies of the Stauns. These things suck ass & only one of them works consistently, was hoping to try them out this past weekend. The Stauns are like $60 though, guess you get what you pay for. I think I can turn down some of the edges a bit to get them working properly. Will come in handy for trips to Pismo.

    Yup Barstow sounds good.

Yeah that TRD trans cooler is way to damn expensive. The one I got is said to be pretty much the same cooler, only the TRD comes with brackets but I don't like how low it mounts. Especially with your bumper you would see the whole damn thing!

Well if you need spacers made or something just let me know. I've got two lathes in my garage.

Haha now now boyz I wasn't getting that crazy....I was pushing it at times, just had watch for the bigger whoops or bumps. Especially if they were consecutive. I was impressed how well my mid travel setup actually worked. Felt like I could have pushed more too, butdidnt wanna re do the alignment again. I'm kinda wondering what will happen if/when I get longtravel, could only imagine how confident one would be mobbing around with that setup.... I would give James a run for his $.
Ya I've never had rocks inbetween the rim and bead of tire. I only air down for Pismo style runs or more difficult 4wd trails. Kinda always worry abuout throwing a bead. That would suck without a fullsize spare. Oh and I am lazy too :) -"Mad Cory" out haha.

I doubt I damaged it on saturday...there was no noise just a very light leak but I guess they felt the need to replace it lol...I'm not gonna complain...I gave it a half ass wash before I took it in just in case they tripped so everything turned out great.

Ah I see. I thought you might have f'd it up when you bottomed out on that hill? So what made you take it into the dealer? Lucky you got it replaced for free though.

LOL, thanks, but you'd be surprised, many people have stuff like this in their garages. I still have a mid sized mill to get that's on my list.

I choose the lathe over long travel. I don't regret it at all as I know I will have it for the rest of my life, if not a bigger one will replace it. The best thing I have ever bought by far. It's great being able to make or modify something when needed & have something I can make money with.

Was tricky getting it where it is now (the big one, still need to sell the small one). I live on a hill & my driveway also has a pretty good uneven incline. Was scared shitless when the trucking company delivered it that day. Twice I thought it was going to fall or roll out the trailer, it weighs 1200lbs. Was also a bitch getting it up on the stand, had to use an engine hoist. Runs on 220v.
