I wish I had a 4Runner in high school. The passenger compartment is just infinitely more useful than an extended cab truck.

 

I’m just looking for a daily really. Honda’s gone, not crazy about the Mercedes, only car we don’t have is an SUV. Now that the truck is all modded up it’s a really bad daily. Especially with the 91 octane I have to buy now.

Can’t afford a Land Cruiser, and the 3rd Gens have that same familiarity as the 1st Gen.

 

I also live in San Francisco 50% of the year. I’m afraid my truck won’t be there anymore when I come back one day. Just need a beater I can drive around and not give a shit about.

Gas isn’t fun either. Last time I fueled in SF I paid close to $5 a gallon for 91 Octane.

 

Gas is going up on Monday too thanks to the gas tax.

 

At least gas prices are a little better than it was a few months ago.
