Edit the title and remove the “help!” Thats generally for people out stuck somewhere who need immediate help

Help titles are reserved for stuck and stranded. Click thread tools at the top of the first post and then edit title
Hope you get your answer about the bumper.

Correct a front. So I have everything removed right. But when I try and put the bumper on it just does seem to want to fit.

I would suggest maybe fitting the bumper, (I used two people and a jack) and bolting in the two bottom bolts that are vertical

Gochta, horizontal bolts. I have a lot of extra hard ware that cbi sent with it should I be using any of that or already existing nuts and bolts?

There is a vertical bolt there. Zoom in. Yes there is some extra washers I presume. You would use these with the vertical bolts to “shim” the bumper giving proper and even clearance to your fenders. Use as needed. I have about 4 on one side and 3 on the other, so it just depends on your application

Oh gotcha. Thanks made more sense. But still end up with a lot of extra hardware it seems like

Look at my photo, do you see the frame brace with the two vertical bolts? Maybe they included this.

Maybe they included smaller hardware for lights?

It’s a similar metal piece but doesn’t exactly fit right, like in your pic.

Along with the issues in these photos. The metal brackets that hold the grill being in the way. Along with that small black piece

could be mistaken but that appears to be an 05-11 Tacoma bumper in your pic, not the 12-15 version. That may be a good part of the issues you're encountering OP

Really? Is there a way to specifically tell? Cause I was on the phone with cbi making sure it was the correct year so they might’ve screwed up.

Your photo seems to show the middle section drop down, like the 05-11 grille. I believe the 12-15 one is straight across in that area, more even with the sides of the bumper
