    Another removal tip is a spray can of air. The propellant is usually VERY cold. Spraying only the shaft can cool it helping in removal.

    My little chirp at idle only while in drive is back again. Of course it would be only at idle and of course sounds would be the one thing which pisses me off the most.

    My stock pulley destroyed the cheap 2 arm pulley I used so I bought a better puller. Then the 2nd aluminum URD pulley just bent everywhere the puller grips and had to be cut off to remove it.

    Yeah I've seen Robs fuck ups trying to get the URD pulley on and off lol. They weren't really designed to come back off easily. I'll probably switch to a quickpulley at some point whenever I get an HP tuner.

    There is a pulley specific removal tool which is sold which utilizes a wrap around through the entire pulley design itself which I have seen before. We are late into the game but I may search for it again so any newcomers know of and have access to it outside of the pullers we usually use.

    Ahh yes. :D Those were fun times. Hahaha. Thank god it is no longer and never will be an issue anymore.
