On a different note, does anyone have experience with Frontrunner Slimeline 2 roof racks? I’ve been contemplating one locally, may go look at it but the seller is asking $550, says it was over $1000 new!?! No wonder everyone and their brother is coming out with these.

Not on my Toyota, but I’ve had cold weather issues with the e-brake on other cars. “Removing tension manually” sounds dirty in two ways.

Did a little chain maintenance on the DRZ, then, hopefully gonna meet up with rick, and drop his stuff off, and pick up some food for mutts...

Then continue with demo in the utility/laundry room... maybe. Definitely stalling on that.

Bizzar, I was in a dirt birm nothing crazy. 2wd doesn't spin RR tire only LR. 4Hi spins all 3 4L pulls the truck forward and drags RR tire. My way off the trail was to block all 4 tires, and smash on the backing plate of the RR drum. Started the truck up and tried backing up and it was resolved.

Yup, Volvo P1800! Looks clean, I love those for their unique look. Then again I liked the BMW Z3 fastback too...

Well moving is exhausting. And apparently the local kids think my driveway is their personal playground.

Time to go meet some parents haha.

Just buy a six pack of bottles, sit out front and after you finish each one throw it in your driveway.

Cleanup will suck, but after a few I bet the kids think your crazy and leave

I don't mind kids and I'm plenty social. Kids were riding down my 80' driveway and into my garage. Haha.

Just moved. Sucking down a beer. Not babysitting haha

Bottom line is, as someone recently put it, "get off my lawn".

Aka I need to get some no trespassing signs up before some 10year old catches a race drone to the face at 40mph.... Because I now have a hot race track.

Kids just testing you. They have been hotrodding down that driveway since the previous folks moved out. The only real fix is to get out there on a pedal bike and show them who is boss.

Seeing Korn on the radio...Funny story...My dad and I were shopping and he told me to pick out a CD...I wanted the new Korn CD so I grabbed it (1994) and he brings it to the register to pay (Newbury Comics) and the guy says "Oh...You a big fan of Korn" to my dad...as I was off to the side looking at something....and my dad says "I have ALL their albums" and then the guy says "Uh...this is their only album" and my dad says as he pays "Yup...and NOW I have ALL their albums"....

I was trying to swap out the carburetor on my Stihl power head...and it turns out that the 8mm nuts (2) that hold it on are seated deep and not accessible with a standard diameter nut driver. I went to the Stihl dealer and they laughed (because they get asked this a lot) and said it's a proprietary tool that's not sold to consumers...So I guess it's time to find a grinder and grind down a few mm of the thickness of the nut driver...
