    I also feel for you. In the real world, things happen. I’m also sorry.

    There are a lot of “keyboard warriors” on these boards that act like the “snowflakes” they all seem to make fun of! I’m a big bad adult and I can accept that things happen. It’s all about how you react.

    Just completed the dispute and clicked “did not receive product.” Got an email saying my case is open.

    Hope that’s the proper order. Cheers.

    What kind of dispute did everyone open? Cause I wasn't able to do it online so I called and used the automated service and now there is a case on my account, however, its awaiting seller's response but @eledobleu mentioned he doesn't have access? I just want to make sure I did everything right and the funds get back to me promptly...

    I checked the cases that's open from my email and it says if I don't respond by July 10th (which I can't respond) customer will receive full refund so looks like it was done right.

    @eledobleu Can you check my order #7476? I only use paypal to pay for the shipping. It seems like the $1000 transaction was through my credit card company. Does this mean I only need to refund the shipping? Or do I have to try and get a refund from my credit card company and also Paypal for shipping?

    The Transaction is through PayPal although you used your credit card. You'll still need to open a dispute with PayPal and they'll refund it back on your credit card after the case closes. So no need to contact your credit card company. Also you'll need to to open the dispute for shipping as well.

    That's the problem. I dispute my shipping okay without a problem. However, the $1000 transaction did not appear on my PayPal activity but only on my credit card account. Therefore I cannot dispute anything through Paypal. I will contact PayPal phone support and my credit card company to see what's going on.
