Debating a purchase tonight

So I found a different truck,
12 of '00, washington state title says '01
204k, v6 5spd xtracab, it has 33/12.5 bff all terrains and aftermarket alloy wheels Paid 5k with a temp plate.
Needs a carrier bearing and at least upper ball joints.
Quick look while rotateing tires I noticed the passenger side wheel binding...
It pulled a little while breaking but seemed to track ok, now that I swapped the tires it pulls a bit to the right all the time...
Recommendations on where to start with the binding?
Have not noticed and noises while driving, just when I had the wheel off it, by grabbing the rotor I could only rotate about 2\3 revolution...

I passed on that truck, found an older much cleaner one.

Thanks, I ended up with an 01 xtracab 4x4 v6 5spd. Just over 200k. Has 33/12.5 tires that rub, so gonna be downsizing on those, to much fuel. Seems to need upper ball joints and carrier bearing, has a slight binding in pass front wheel that I need to sort as well
