I would check with that as well man...I know some AR pistols can get pretty iffy on what stock you use. Would suck to learn the hardway.

 

Where I live, it costs $76 for a CC license (lower than the nationwide average, IIRC). Low-income people who wish to carry have to do so openly, whereas those who can afford a CC license simply pay the fee and CC. Having a cost-prohibitive licensing fee effectively puts a target on the backs of the segment of the population statistically more likely to be affected by violence. I believe CC license fees should be the same as a driver's license so more people can legally CC.

Agreed. That's how I look at it, and that's how I explained to someone today who inquired about getting their CC permit.

$100 (plus a little) in Ms, but we also have CC sans permit for certain types of carry.
I am permitless because I refuse to go through the hassle.

 

It sucks. Michigan is famous for extorting its own.

Yea NC is just at 100-150 for the class the fees with sheriff dept.
