    Ok. Guys. To do a refund.

    1. Go to your Paypal website via computer and log in. Don't use your mobile app.
    2. Go to your activity tab.
    3. Click on the transaction you want to do a dispute. That transaction will enlarge.
    4. At the bottom below the total amount, click on "report a problem." and go from there.
    5. It will ask you "What type of issue would you like to report?" Click on "I didn't receive an item I purchased."
    6. From there, it should be self-explained.
    7. After you got it all done, you should get an email from PayPal stating that they will contact RetrofitWholesale within 10 days. If no response, they will close that transaction in your favor and refund you the money.

    As for those who did not see the $1000 under your activity list on PayPal

    1. simply DM eledobleu to obtain a "Transaction ID"
    2. Get on a phone with PayPal, talking to a "real" person. Not automated call.
    3. Tell them you want to open a payment dispute case based on the fact that "you did not receive an item that was purchased"
    4. Give them the transaction ID along with the last 4-digit of the credit card you use for that particular payment.
    5. They will enter the case for you. They will ask you for your email address to send you the dispute claim.

    Let me know how it goes. It works for me. At least, PayPal is accepting the case. We'll get a refund probably 10 days from now.

    Just call them and give them your transaction ID along with details. They still should be able to open a dispute.

    Was able to open a claim on my phone, use your web browser not the app. @eledobleu, so after I receive my refund and reorder , do I need to add any additional information? Previous order/invoice number?

    The orders TRS and retrofit wholesale are not connected. So no need to worry about that. They are required to refund their buyers especially without any tracking info.
