    I've seen it somewhere can't remember who makes it but it was hella expensive, don't know if it is but could be, I just remember saying to myself wtf

    I was guessing, no pics of skids.. but nevertheless there is about 20k in the truck from what I saw and i don't believe that would be his cost of parts, i would think he would get them for cheaper probably..

    Because they aren’t covered under warranty by Toyota, just by whatever that specific dealership decides to include in the contract fine print. Everything they touched can be denied warranty claims by Toyota the same as if you did the work.
