Bumper finally made it. Had a to fab a crappy plate holder while I was running without a bumper and it looked trashy. Glad it's here and on. I think this install was tougher by myself than my sliders. Sliders were overall a lot more effort, but the bumper is unwieldy and there is a lot of paint around to beat up. Only issue I had, is that it would not fit with a 33" spare. I had to cut about 1/2" from the hitch tube on the back to clear the tire.

You really can't tell the plate is on a spring mount, except I used the hitch and now the plate is kind of bent up. I think I may have to fab something else. The back plate is probably ok, but the front part on the springs is too soft.

Am I going to need a good up license plate holder for mine? I didn't think about that.

It just isn't great. It works, but you have to put padding of some kind on the back or it flips down hard enough to chip the powder coating. And it is flimsy with a strong spring so my plate is bent up after flipping it up to tow. But it works for now.
