I can say one thing... I don't have those headlights, but if you get the eyelids you're going to be blocking one-two of the leds, and possibly some of the brow.

It also would depend... i think you can cut the eyelids? if so you could try that... i'm bad at photoshop or i'd try and show ya how they'd look.

Well Mr Booth. Thanks for the pics, but headlights not same. i am referring to Halo projectors, not H.I.D's. If you go to my profile and see the pics, The lights are there, you will see what im talking about.
    thanks Bud

they are halo projectors look closely at this picture...the halos are the only thing that are on but because the camera tends to focus on the light its hard to capture the halo lit up by itself...that's why I took the picture at this angle so that you can see the halo on in the reflection of the BSP Paint...

instead of just skimming through the pictures you should have read the comments I left just above the pictures...

both the housing and the eyelids are painted BSP...:D

next I want to do a complete retro setup and get rid of the eyelids...I will paint the Gatling shroud and the entire headlight BSP...especially in the chrome reflectors...those are needed when running projectors...transfer eyelids to the new setup...still collecting parts for this mod...

Sweet! where you get your BSP paint from? All I've found so far is the tiny bottles of touch up paint.

a friend of mines Glen he owns/runs TTC (Totally Twisted Creations)...he sells BSP and other Toyota Paint in a rattle can...let him know that Jay (toll free) referred you and he'll hook you up...:D

    Spray Can Paint for Toyotas
    <-click for link

but I used Toyotas 209 2 step paint for the BSP...its a lot better than spray can and easier to paint things cause its easier to control the paint spray...a friend of mines here in Las Vegas owns a auto/body shop...he let me use his spray booth and guns...

Right on...I appreciate the info! I'll be saving this for future projects that'll be needing color matched paint.
