No fences were harmed!! It was an outdoor sectional that we were able to save, thankfully!

    Well, problem solved:

LOL, I was just about to comment how this would be a perfect excuse for a good chainsaw!

Got the wife's approval even. My buddy is a professional forester. Wife said, "call *insert friend's name*, go to Ace and get the chainsaw you want."

Isnt home ownership fun?!?! I watched both my neighbors fence blow down yesterday and thought back to 2yrs ago when they were giving me crap spending money a new professionally installed one.

I guess it's cool when the wife blesses a cool, new toy purchase. We just had our fence professionally put up as well. That way, I can blame others if something happens and it's on them to fix or replace. Luckily, it missed the house be 6-7 feet.

We will be looking for quotes to have the rest taken down.

I never would have thought of that! Makes sense though..Thanks Joe! I need to contact the village today and see if they will come haul away the branches and non-firewood remains.

I recommend just for trees. They came out the same day when I needed a tree cut down and had it down and removed within 15mins. Easiest price negotiation ever: tree guy- "it's going to cost x" me- "let me go talk to my wife" tree guy-knocks 50bucks off the price... deal!!!

My wife's like that as well, makes it easy for sure!

I was cruising Craigslist a few weeks back and I just didn't want someone else's problems. Warranty is good to have too. If you bought a 6-pack of 2 stroke oil, that extended the warranty another 2 years.

Really liking this purchase already. I want to plan a few trips up north and was weary about downed trees. Not anymore!!

    :sawzall:

We have a few trees on the property that we/the wife wants to get rid of. 4 in total; 3 manageable ones and the big bitch, but that one will be left to the pros. We have some buck thorn and more to get rid of too. There are also "Trail Cleanup" events at the local ORV parks and I can participate in those now too. This was a smart purchase in my eyes and will be used again soon.

That's a nice new toy to have @geekhouse23! Stihls are great saws.

My hopped-up Husqvarna 359 is kinda overkill ... but @Gunshot-6A understands.
