    Hello all!

Just purchased my first Tacoma and very happy with it.

I'm an avid fisherman, hunter, hiker, and mountain biker. I am moving to Montana in a few weeks and want to make some slight mods to the truck to help me in the back country. I'm not really into crawling or serious 4x4 trails, just something to help me get closer to the fish/game/trails. Previous owner installed a skid plate. I am wanting to probably upgrade front/rear bumpers as well as some sort of rack system for gear. I purchased a soft top camper (Bestop Supertop) with some of the money my company gave me for relocating to keep my stuff dry, but don't plan on it being installed 100% of the time. Unfortunately no installed racks so I might try to get some elevated bed racks with a basket.

I would love some advice on a lift/larger tires for more clearance and traction as well as just any other tips/advice on things I should think about! I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone on here and maybe see some of you out on the trails!

Love your build. Do you have any lift on it? Or is it factory height? Do you have plans for any rear bumper replacement/mods?

Thanks! It’s factory height currently, but I plan on lifting it 2”, and I plan to eventually get a high clearance rear bumper on it
