I think your biggest problem will be fitting 2 sets of splliters in the Pillar.

Hey guys I'm back in the States but not officially back till Monday. I got a big backlog of PMs. Promise I'll get to em. Bare with me.

The two Tharnesses in line would work in theory. But I'm not sure there is enough room in the a pillar to do it. I'd have to confirm but if it will fit it should work.

Meso and I are still working a getting a jst splitter mass produced for PNP. And I'll post a diagram later this week so people could just know where to splice via positap into the t harness. I only use 2 of the 4 wires in the jst within the tharness. One for batt power and the other for dome trigger gnd signal.

I'll get to the other posts in here on Monday but wanted to at least mention those tid bits.

Alright guys, I know its been awhile since I have posted an update but rest assured I have been busy. With my Tail Gate Mod coming up I have been dabbling in the designing of custom pcb boards. And I found that this is the way to go. With the demand where it is I needed a solution that I can mass produce easier. Each version I have come up with has really been for that reason only.

So I have been working on a V4 since I got back. Custom PCB board. Same configuration / capabilities. But MUCH smaller and an additional feature. With V4 there will be a small jumper that you can change positions with. One position will be same as before (Dome Light On, Output turns on), but now I have added the option to shift the jumper to go opposite (Dome Light On, Output Turns Off). Not sure what applications this mode could be used in but it was easy enough to incorporate into the design. I have also added a different JST connector that connects right at the board to eliminate the small pigtail. So the wires will directly connect from board to t-harness. This will be the cleanest solution I have had and I am excited to share it with you all.

Long story short for those guys waiting. The last thing I need to do is get the harness (From Module to T-Harness) mass produced which I am working on. I am also getting quotes to buy the boards assembled from the factory which will mean all I have to do is buy it throw it in an enclosure and ship.

I have 30 prototype boards ready to go waiting on the harness source which I expect will take some time. But once those get in and verified, I will put the 30 up for sale. Once I get those out I plan on going big and getting about 200 made. So bare with me folks, I know it has taken some time but I'm getting close to a mass produced solution to meet the demand.

    Stay Tuned :)

Finished up the top enclosure design last night. Here will be the final look of V4, but printed in black.

An update for you guys. I am waiting on material to produce a large batch.

I am working on a Shopify store in the mean time to be able to break down the products instead of one bundle.

For instance here will be the Skus I'll have available.

-DomeRock Module (Will automatically come with generic harness).
    - 3rd Gen Tacoma Main PNP harness (From module to t harness)
    - 3rd Gen Tacoma A-Pillar OEM T harness
    - MESO customs DomeRock adapter/splitter.

This will allow everyone to a la carte based on their setup. For example 2nd Genners and 4 runners can just buy the DomeRock Module itself without being forced to buy the PNP Tacoma harnesses that they won't use. Also if you already have MESOs puddles for instance you would just buy the DomeRock Module, PNP Main Harness, and splitter.

Doing it this way will allow the pieces to be broken out and I won't be forced to wait to post stock of a complete kit.

I'll post pictures and break it down in the first post soon. And I'll keep everyone posted when I get a better eta. Gearing up to try and meet the demand better, bare with me :)

Anxiously waiting on the MESO splitter...that’s the only thing holding up my install. Well, that and finding the time to do it

Also to mention, the Tharnesses and MESO adapter/splitters are being built at MESOs factory. The PNP main harness I am working with another factory to start sourcing harnesses for all of my mods. That way I can buy this stuff in bulk.

Later on I'll be working on PNP kits for 2nd Gen and 4 runner. Will probably be reaching out to some of those guys who are rocking my mod here in the near future for testing.

The first batch I will be soldering the components on the boards but I am inquiring about buying them pre assembled. Which ultimately is the end goal for me, but even with soldering the components it's going to be way easier for me to meet demand moving forward. I'm excited!

For various reasons that aren't really important here, I have not yet installed my V2.
Could I purchase just the PNP harness and A pillar harness above and use them with my V2 module?

You can. PM closer to release and I can guide you to what wires go to what. Or I can just modify it to match v2.

Either way answer is yes, I can help you out.

Like the new small set up looks really good. Now that I've got my rock lights installed would be cool to have them secondarily switched on with the dome for entrance.

This will be the splitter for both of our mods. The 2 males are for puddles(driver/passenger) while the single female is for DSIM's rock module.

@MESO @DSIM anyway to tap the puddles to take advantage of the Dsim mod to get the puddles to run off the dome trigger and the in cab rock light switch? Or will this do that?
