    Happy Monday folks :)

Anyone want a ping pong table for $50? Pick up at my house in Bala Cynwyd - it's a beast so I'd need a hand carrying it up out of my basement. It's in great shape with just a couple very light scratches on the surface, also included are 4 paddles and balls. Please see link below for more info and dimensions (comes apart in 2 sections).

Fuck Philadelphia. Fuck the people who vote for the laws that allow tenants to stay in my house AFTER they were ordered to leave. Fuck the Philadelphia court system. Fuck other things that will get me banned on here.

Was supposed to be free of the ghetto trash in my first floor unit. Well guess what kids... not the case. Now it's looking like another 6 mother fucking weeks till they get out. And that's if the court date on July 9th goes in my favor.

You don't even know the half of it. One half of the couple signed the court agreement. The other half claims his name was forged on the lease years before I ever bought the property (I inherited these tenants). My new court date is for the half that claims his name was forged...

My last email to the lawyer...

why does anyone help these people?

It should be simple. Don't be an asshole, life is good. Be an asshole, life will mess you up.

Ok I’ve got some questions for y’all on here. I’m heading down to Chincoteague/Assateague for July 4th weekend and I’m pretty sure you can drive and park on some of the beaches. For anyone that’s been there, are there certain spots vehicles are allowed on? And is there a permit needed? Also as I’m new to owning a truck I don’t have a clue about airing down for driving in sand, so what psi should I drop down to? Also feel free to just tell me to check a chincoteague/assateague website if some of those answers are there.

I was just camping there a few weekends ago! I camped at Loop 1 site 14 I think. I reserved it 6 months prior lol One thing, is when dawn breaks make sure all your food is put away. The horses are like a little gang and aren't scared to enter your open doors, or knock around your cooler or food tote.

Also @EatSleepTacos can shed more light on this, but you need a permit to drive onto the beach, and there's a list of rules and more information HERE

I didn't want to break camp and pay $90 to drive on the beach for a few hours, but if you're able to go for it!

One other note, bring bugspray. We were lucky and the wind was coming from the ocean, so we didn't encounter bugs, but everyone who has been there before warned us they could get bad.

Pic from when we were there:

So Redmann... has this guy claimed if/when all his peeps get thrown out and he is allowed to stay, because his name is forged, that he'll pay rent? If he's an upstanding citizen able to pay his own rent when they're gone, then why wouldn't he just see his fellow upstanding citizen housemates in dire circumstances and foot the bill for their late rent? (I'm assuming rent is an issue). "oh, its cuz you can't pay the rent either thus instantaneously convicting yourself as a freeloader".

    Its theft.

And if Philly is going to have rules where the landlord is just letting people live there without rent, then why isn't the welfare service set up to accommodate the landlord by cutting them a check to cover the people who cannot afford the rent.

One of many things wrong with this world.
