From what I have been told and seen it looks like our 42" Slim bar will fit on there rack. Not positive if there are any modifications or special brackets needed.

The Light Cutout is 41", what is the bezel out-to-out on the light bar?

Looks like the Caliraised 42" is 41.5 out to out on light, 43.25 on the edge of Bolts.

Our rack is designed to fit a light bar with a maximum lens housing width of 41.25" That would be measurement "C" in this diagram of the 40" bar we sell.

Your 42" slim will fit behind the fairing, but to set it inside the fairing as designed I think the customer will have to actually trim the fairing.

We decided to go with the 41.25" opening width because it keeps the fairing tight against most "standard size" 40" bars. I say that in quotes becauase nothing is really standard, but most of the OG single row 40" bars are that mounting width. It not only looks nice, but it also helps keep any whistling noise down.

We do offer a high quality (but imported) 40" single row if the price from Baja Designs or Rigid is too hard to stomach. There are a billion imported LED lights out there, but we spent some time choosing one that will last a long time and puts out a good quality beam.

Even though we sell those I'll be 100% straight with you, if you want MAXIMUM performance the Baja Designs S8 and Rigid SR Series lights are fantastic. There is a reason that they cost $1,000.

The larger sized 40" and 42" bars will fit, but you will have to trim the fairing open for them. It's not a big deal, and the aluminum will easily cut with a hacksaw. File the edges smooth and hit it with some Rustoleum Textured Black paint and you'll never be able to tell.

The brackets for mounting the lights to the prinsu do need to be modified in order to make the light fit. I suggest that people bore out the holes using a drill. I tried shaving off a 1/4" in the front of the bracket which was recommended to me but it created interference with the light and fairing. Ultimately I ended up boring out the hole and it fit very well, with no increased wind noise. Luckily I did not shave off too much of the bracket, or I would not have been able to bore out the hole enough to make the light fit.

Are the front brackets supposed to be the exact same like this?

The Victory rack comes with brackets for the light bar, and pretty sure it's for a 40"
Go back a bit, there are some post of what people have bought or installed.

Has anyone put a Plano case up on the Victory rack yet? Wondering what size nuts or bolts you are using in the tracks!
