Dunno. These ones I got don’t even smell like fish oil, probably because it’s mussel oil maybe? I dunno. So far so good though with no burps haha

Oh no SO hasn’t given me permission to die. Not until the shed is resided and the kitchen remodel is done.

    Then I can die.

Well today was not like I expected. I was not sore at all anymore.

I did all upper body today including abs. About 80 pulls ups and 80 push ups (push ups some weighted) plus a little dumbbell work.

Tomorrow is lower body and probably abs again.

Then I’m off for a one week vacation
Will be on my sisters farm so will be working on my running and drinking.

This is my fav holiday :D
Beer, brats, burgers, and we get to “esplode things” as my nephew puts it.
And this year is my 10th anniversary.

    Happy Anniversary!!
Have fun Sploding things, be safe, and enjoy your time off!

Bumped up my pushups as planned, however instead of going to 17 I went to 20, we’ll see how the 20 does or if I need to scale back to 18.

I read that a study showed reps to failure took about 48hrs to recover, while keeping it at around 8rpe overall (2 reps left in the tank), or I believe it was around 70-80% (100% being failure) showed recovery in 24 hours.

So being that you can have gains both ways, structure your workout with this and life in mind. If your recovery is decent and you have time to hit stuff 2x/week, don't do failure, or if recovery is awesome, or you just hit parts 1x/wk, then failure. Many ways to skin a cat here. I've done both and gained weight both ways, not much fat either way.

Doc says no physical activity for another week as I’m still having symptoms. Going to lose my mind.

At least the staples are out now

Yeah. It’s not a bad one, but definitely get headaches and dizziness still from too much screen time, reading, concentration activities.

I’m sure there will be scarring, but I’ve got really thick hair and don’t shave my head so I probably won’t ever get to see it haha.

The more you can take breaks/not read etc, the faster it will resolve. Pretty sure you’re not supposed to be doing work/etc, but I’m not a doc. Get well soon man

    I split it up 1prt/day

    Chest day/abs
    Leg day
    Back day/cardio
    Rest.
    Arms/abs
    Shoulders/traps
Then Sunday I kinda just do a mixed workout. Cardio/abs/ maybe legs again maybe back day again/whatever I’m feeling.

It’s worked out decently so far. Not a bodybuilder or competing. Probably could change it up and do a push/pull/rest workout and have more days off but the gym is peaceful for me. Really enjoy blowing off steam and zoning out there.

Btw finally got below 183 and am hanging out around 182 for the past week. Feels good considering this is the lightest I’ve ever been. I know it’s gonna go back up eventually but I’m happy lol
