My pro needs some repair from a hit and run incident. Should I repair it OEM or do a facelift/update?

Another hit and run pro thread! There’s a villain on the lose. Bro pro haters are savage. Sorry about the sh*tty circumstance OP. I’d keep it stock to hold onto that high resale unless you plan on needing a winch, better approach angle, etc. Hope you and your Pro feel better soon.

Indeed. Given the small number of Pros, two hit-and-runs in one day seems like more than a coincidence.

That’s a rough spot to be in since the part of the stock bumper you need to keep to install most of the aftermarket bumpers is damaged. Go stock, make sure the shop uses OEM parts.

I assure you aftermarket parts cost more lol. Plus labor to install said aftermarket bumpers/winch/lights/wiring etc

What makes a Pro special is the fact that it is a Pro...you start hacking it with aftermarket items the value will go down. If you want to mod get one of the other trim levels that’s what they are made for.

That’s my view too, but only on the actual pro parts. The front bumper is the same as all the other white front bumpers.

Except come trade in / sell time, resale will he hurt with some aftermarket bumper on there. Since it sounds like OP doesn’t need an aftermarket, keeping it stock is the better option.

I don't keep vehicles that long so I would hate having to remove AM parts to go back to stock when I go to sell. The only upgrades that we in the works are side steps and LED lights.
