Power mirrors dont work?

    Hey guys,

    Now my power mirrors worked fine until a month or so ago (havent dealt with it, as I dont ever change them) and now the switch doesnt do anything. Ive tried both mirrors, and nothing. Im assuming that its a broken wire, or a fuse. Can anyone point out where the fuse for the mirrors is, possibly with pictures? I could bring it to the dealership and have them take a look at it, but i really dont feel like wasting a whole day on what could be just a blown fuse. Thanks for any help

    That will be the ACC fuse located inside the cab fuse box.

    oh so its not the fuse then because all of those still work fine...

    Are you sure the child safety button (or whatever it's called) is not pushed down? It will stop the window(s) from going down.

    im not 100% sure exactly, but I did the mod after they stopped working, now that I think about it. Yeah for sure, they stopped working when I went on vaca, and I did the mod when I got back.


    I would have thought of that, if the problem was my windows, haha... its my mirrors.

    Time to get dirty. These are from the 05-06 FSM but they should be the same for you 08. The wire colors may be different.

    Well, make it simple. Pull the switch and check for power in the harness. If you have the power there, then check the continuity of the switch. If the switch checks out good then you have a bad ground or connection. Should take less then half an hour to figure out.
