just got done with the exterminators, not looking good for my old house it's been through a lot and we were trying to hang on longer but will probably have to get gone sooner than later. Too much stuff all at once.

 

Termites getting it?

 

Yep, and a heap of other issues I've been avoiding. Just not enough $ and even then it wouldn't be worth it.

This house needs to be completely bulldozed and re-planned. It's been a great place the past 7 years, just one thing led to another and it's beyond my control.

Well, we are still making determinations. He is coming back at 8am tomorrow.

There is old damage that was there before I moved in. Then, the roof leak had caused water damage a while back. Had everything fixed and now it looks like termites possibly in the exact same spot. I don't think it's termites, but they do. I'm no professional tho.

 

Most definitely, just have to make it happen fast.
