Square cupholders, lower profile, broken hinge. Need I go on? Look it up, the swap from 95-00 to 01-04 is not uncommon. The newer center consoles are far superior. I plan to install it to see how I like it. If it really bothers me (blemishes/color), I have no problem ordering a new OEM console and shifter trim/boot to make it match better.

my cupholders have always been up by the vents (high front and center) and a spot for a big 44oz mug of coffee down in the middle
i am unfamiliar with the change in the console after my model year ... its been a very long time since i have seen one up close from 98-2000!
... wish my engine compartment looked good as yours, it definitely needs some extra attention

It's a truck, and an old one at that. Use it the way it was intended.

The topic was tow hooks and I made a statement. I don't care about them. And to be honest I don't care about your truck and how much you spend (time or money) keeping it pristine. It's your truck and that's you. For me... IDGAF.

    I have mods
Agreed to both. Don't know how I was brought into this. Don't care. They are hooks. Don't like the way they look? Paint em or have them covered if you line the bed. I don't think they need a whole thread nor all the conversation about them in this thread. They are fucking hooks. Get over it.

I like my hooks, and use them a lot. If you're concerned about something on your truck (whether it's repairing and/or replacing) then who cares if you post and ask about it?

I see plenty of threads that make me go o_O but I just steer clear from it and let others reply if I don't have anything to contribute.

Unless it's in the 3rd gen section...I think all those threads are pretty useless.

Changed rear shocks on a 2k 4wd trd with the Bilstein 4600's, wasn't too bad as I just slid under the truck to change them out. Was pretty easy, now the fronts....ugg.
