You must look at your hooks a lot

 

they are like factory new after 22yrs, hidden behind a dropin over the rail liner, that has recently been removed

 

why the fck do i need new ones if they are already like new looking, just trying to keep them that way

Buy plate bumper, renove hooks, install bumper, buy shackles. Overland points max. No more hook issue

I did not know those hooks were corrosive, because I never ever saw corrosion on them through the holes

the snow and rain and humidity does that to them or does it not?

yes the paint is messed up and will cost about $4k to repaint, I am choosing the LineX liner which is also a nice chunk of change to avoid repainting
