Why no bed light

I agree it was a good idea and good write up. I have more than enough projects to keep busy and should not have to do something like this that should have been standard on the truck. I have wired up stereos and off road lights on several vehicles so doing is also not a problem from a skills stand point.

 

Keep in mind though if you add a top what good is the third brake light bed light going to do? Absolutely nothing.

If it was there whatever. For me it would not be really any good. I need lights in the box.

Personally I don't like vehicles with tons of pointless shit on board. Just make it last and I'll fix it up the way I want after. Bed light is not pointless but it could become that way in short order if you put on a lid. What I need is a car running Windows software. No thanks.
