Part of me wishes I could, but it's a tight fit in the garage.

Son of a B. Really? Well looks like LFP is our primary source still then. I will remove it from the options.

This makes me wonder too what happens if the current available pulley goes away too? Would we be screwed completely?

Not really. A few of us now own the 50mm dual roller and it would be as easy as getting a machine shop or similar to duplicate it if need be. Besides, the bearings are designed to be replaced so the pulley will always be a modular design forever. A buy once, cry once sort of design. It is made of anodized billet too so rust will never be a factor either.

However, all parties involved in the feeler GB for the oversized SC crank pulley GB should pick up their dual bearing rollers sooner rather than later if they do not already have it.

I will buy mine now, I just want to be sure we are getting the oversized crank pulley.

So far everyone in the intial 10 has opted for an "overdrive" design. The only pending are JustDSM, TheFang, and ThomasMore66. They don't mind modding though so I don't see why it would be an issue.

Small update: A resource to all original OE parts for our Magnuson blowers has been added to page 1. This is where you can find all necessary parts, idlers, pulleys, dust covers, everything.

Question for @12TRDTacoma or anyone else that can answer.

Why are the ngk iridiums recommended over their denso equivalents? I know they cost slightly less.

I believe the ngk is a better part than the denso. I think.

I personally recommend NGK over Denso because Denso is designed to cater to the manufacturer, NGK is designed to cater to the customer. The quality is meant to tailor to that specific buyer and therefore longevity reflects as such.

    Does that make sense?

It's sort of like buying builders grade flexible home HVAC ducting vs buying a quality brand flexible ducting. Yeah it works, but it is not as efficient and therefore costs you more in the big picture over time because energy consumption would be higher over the quality stuff.

Makes sense to me. So otherwise no difference in performance or quality. I've got the blower off doing cam gears and my denso ikh22s only have about 15k on them but I can get ngks locally today. Might just say eff it and replace with new while everything's off even know I can clean the densos and get more use out of them. 20190702_231612.jpg

There is actually a finer electrode point from the Denso plugs over the NGKs which is good for ease of spark, but not as good for longevity. In saying that also I believe I have read somewhere that there is more ceramic in the NGKs over the Densos. Which further solidified to me the "Customer vs. Manufacturer" centric brands topic. The devil's in the details so to speak.

I see that from the video now. Thanks for sharing. The question is how much do our boosted setups benefit from the smaller electrode on the densos. Is it even noticeable or just a nominal difference. I guess I'll find out by getting ngks for now. I can clean these densos but the electrode is really fragile

I personally prefer for longevity over ease of spark. Being that it is quite a job on our trucks to do plugs everytime, longevity should be most important to all of us really. Not only that, but the NGKs are considerably cheaper as far as a cost per plug price is concerned. Another benefit of straying away from OE brand, as NGK is technically aftermarket.
