If this doesn't make it budge next step is to make it liquid.

sounds awesome! I want to see someone do RCLT so I can decide the ultimate fate of my truck.

What are you going to do with the cab mount? Relocate it?

Yeah, been a while since I had to use it. Practically had to stand on it with the multiplier to get it to budge. Not sure what the tq spec is, but the rebuild shop must have used a hydraulic wrench to put them on. It does smash rock and concrete daily so its gotta be tight AF to keep it clamped together. The chassis came loose and the breaker body.

least you got it off though! They dont use multipliers here hardly ever. Pretty much its torque wrenches, HYTORC (hydralic), and then a few other methods for when it really needs to not move lol. Doing 600 FT-LBs with a dial wrench is quite an event. 6 foot long handle, one person reading the dial, and the other pulling hard as they can lol

That's where this tool would come in handy, i could stretch it over the axle. as fars as the boot not rebounding back to its original diameter on the axle, i have no experience with that. I would hope it would return to its normal size.

It would be nice if it was buy once cry once, but this is going on my 7th and 8th axles, so its becoming a lot more expensive than I want considering its $500 bucks each time lol. So if i can replace them my self the boot kits are only $50 each.

Daaaaaamn. You ever think about lowering your suspension a little? Sounds like your CV angle is fucked. I've only gone through 1 set in 4yrs/47k.
