Ok but just to be clear so there is no miscommunication, my specific question was powder coated slimline bumper and stage 2’s for a 2019 Tacoma OR. Is the answer still 6-8 weeks?

    Bumpers are approximately 10-12 weeks

Stage 2s are approximately 6-8 weeks

Ha, this kind of stuff usually takes me so long to do without stopping to take pics and notes. There will be 19 people with theirs mounted before I finish a write up! I'll do my best to document any weird situations that aren't covered in the video from SSO though.

I received my powder coated stage 2 today, I love the way they were packed, no way in hell they'd get damaged being shipped!

Now I gotta wait 6 or so more weeks for my Slimline :playball:

Well, that is disappointing. I opened up my Slimline tonight and it looks like they sent me the wrong order. Makes sense since I was not supposed to have mine for 4-6 more weeks. Oh well. The worst part is me trying to package it back up with the way the foam is in the box. Mine was not supposed to have a bull bar and it was not pre-tapped for stage 2 like they said it would be.

Looks awesome! Nice job with the install. That's the first I've seen with a bull bar. Now I'm really pumped to install mine.

    Well this is really disappointing...

I went to mock up my pieces today and get the holes drilled tonight so I could start installing tomorrow.

Neither side’s lines up even remotely close. The slimline is off on the passenger side at the bottom portion. There are no impact marks on the bumper to indicate it was damaged in powder coating or in shipping. Also one of the 1/4-20 weld nuts is off so I can only screw one of the bolts in. The drivers side overlaps at the bottom when the front is made flush and has at least a quarter inch gap when looking at it from the front. I used shims under the bottom two bolts to even the gap, it only made the gap closer to 5/16” wide. If I made it even I would bet it would be 3/8”. That’s unacceptable.

As I’m sure some will ask, yes it was fully clamped down to where there was no more room for it to “suck down” and seat more flush after it is bolted down for final assembly. Pictures below. Looking for @SouthernStyleOffRoad to chime in on this one.

That bumper would look nice all welded together!

Looks like the bumper was dropped on the corner and it bent a little inward.

my driver's side looked similar. I had to add two of the spacers to the bottom, just above the lower threaded holes. It didn't close the gap up top, but it is now even. Doesn't look bad once installed.
