Got 2 different answers from 2 different dealers. So I did my own rotation on my 2018 Off Road and wondering if I need the dealer to program the TPMS so the truck knows which is which? Truck tells me tire specific PSI.

    Yeah.
RTFM, man, lol. Kidding, I had the same question. There's a button on the bottom left side of the dash. Hold it down until the butt light flashes, then drive around for a little bit. It will pick up the new location then.

^^^^^...that. And do it after a dealer rotates them regardless since they usually miss or screw up something as it is. May as well press the button and make sure it’s right.

I'm pretty sure OP is talking about a 4 tire rotation, in which case this is correct. For a 5 tire rotation, the incoming tire sensor has to be registered, and you need the TPMS tool to do so.
