That isnt that bad actually, I'm sick of slugging up hills so I've been debating gears next. I might jump up to 295s once my 285s piss me off enough

That’s what I’m running, 295s and love it. Will move to 35s when these eventually wear out. But I’m going to go 4.88 which is way over geared for a manual. That’ll leave my options open up to 37s for me, which I’ve been on the fence about as well.

Are they actually rebuilding yours or taking them as cores and sending you ones already built? I have considered 4:56's for jumping to 34's pulling the camper with a wet disc mechanical LSD in the rear but with the lower gearing in the MT I'm still not sure if I need the gears or not

I somehow didn't realize your truck was a manual. I wonder how much ECGS charges to install everything for me, dont have another car unless I steal my wife's.

I’m mailing them my diffs. It’ll save me the core charge, and it’ll let me keep my lunchbox locker I already have in there. Plus the truck isn’t my DD and it’s already down for the count while I work on my lcas.
You can email them for a quote and they’ll type one up for you. They’re pretty responsive.

A few OE parts from fancy trucks

    Yes, if you want driveability.

But first, in terms of function, you might ask yourself why you need 35's on a truck with a spacer lift.

Or is this just a looks thing?

    Just emailed them :headbang:

I'll see what they recommend, right now I'm leaning towards 4.56. Mostly rural highway driving here (55-60) so if they say either will work I might go 4.88 so I can jump up in tire size.

I was advised that 4:56 gears with 35s would put you at a stock ratio. But I tow so am going with 4:88s
