Anything I should do since I'm already looking like this to take care of frame?

are you planning on modding the truck at all?
otherwise i'd say give it a good cleaning and check for any rust spots and tackle those to prevent it from spreading.
A good thorough visual inspection of all the bolts and fasteners wouldn't hurt either.

Wash it off good, check for rust spots like said above. Also take a wire brush and wire brush the rusty spots down good. If it were me, or you plan on keeping the truck for years I would wipe everything down you can reach with some sort of solvent and spray paint the whole thing with some rustoleam satin or semi gloss black. But if your in a hurry just getting paint over exposed metal works too.

Clarifying I already am here for the frame. Happy to report it looks great and I bought product to keep it that way. Gonna pick up more. Wondering about other types of maintenance.

Well pretty much everything is easier to do on the back half of the truck with the bed off. Fuel pump, rear diff oil, new shocks and/or leaf springs, leaf spring bushings, etc. If you're thinking about refreshing your suspension then now would be a good time to do the rear that's for sure, though it's not that hard to do with the bed on.

Ok. I'm looking at a fuel pump, how big, aem or dw. This will be eventually supporting a sc that I'm looking at larger injectors for. Planning to have a local shop build my rear leafs, but that's a couple weeks from now. Not much rust but plenty of painting for me tomorrow. Is the fuel filter back here too?

No skills or tools of that nature, but I've been thinking the same thing since I took it off

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Box the frame perhaps if you plan on serious weight, flexing, or jumping.

    Install a larger fuel tank

Definitely upgrade the fuel pump now if you are going for SC later. 320LPH but I am in a second gen with a different blower. However, and underworked pump is better than a maxed out duty cycle.

320lph is wayyyyy overkill for a 1st gen haha. I have a supercharged 3.4l and a 190lph Walboro fuel pump that came with the 7th injector kit

+1 on frame reinforcements... When my buddy came over to weld on some safe-t-caps I also had him weld on some trail gear frame plates. They were less than $100 but made sure the back end was ready for weight agaim

I just got done taking my bed off....
    I changed;
Fuel pump with a stock Denso brand from Amazon. Part number 951-0001
    Fuel pump gasket from Toyota.
Rubber fuel filler hose from Toyota.
Fuel filter to fit fuel pump. (in tank)
Replace all the rubber hoses on the emissions canister. General auto parts store.
Wax the forward bed and back of cab.
Spray bedliner under the bed ,forward and back of wheel wells.
Remove mud flap support bolts and anti seize.
    Spray paint mud flap supports.
I also removed other misc. Bolts and anti sized.
I sprayed bedliner inside my bumper before reinstalling.
I installed 6 poly 1/4 inch blocks to separate the bed from metal on metal contact.
