Build them bigger and smush them in middle only like with two fingers. Quit flipping them a bunch. Cook first side the finish the other.
I get my grind beef from old Plantation Meats.
These are ground venison and bacon.

Like @Bigdaddy4760 said oversized and dock/pinch the meat. I usually put 2-3 pushes into it. My best burgers have been a home custom grind, I start with sirloin, add some brisket, some chuck and then depending on how it looks for fat content I’ve been adding in extra fat or bacon into the grind. Nothing beats you own custom grind. :) was going to say it another way at the end but it sounded very wrong lol.

Usually just salt and pepper just as it hits the grill. I season both sides.

Luck has a lot to do with it, and knowing someone is even better. Other than that it is very very hard.

I started shooting pyro about 23 years ago and have done several hundrend shows. And when a company here in texas was looking for a full time guy, I applied went through the interviews, including a working interview where I did a show for them

I was told they ended up going with someone with MORE experience. Something that is very hard to get in this case. Earlier this year they reached out again and offered a position. This time I turned them down for a couple different reasons..

Can't believe I turned down a dream job.... but the company was wrong. I did not like one of there policies, and felt it was extremely dangerous change they made to it.

Ya I always find the you need more experience thing odd. How is one to get it if you always need more. Always thought that would be a cool job. :)

I haven’t tried touching our laser while in motion. My background in electronics has told me it’s a bad idea. Not to mention I’ve seen what it does to metal, wood, glass etc.

Ole Massey you say? Here’s on that belonged to my Grandpa. Still in the family...4993C24A-7CAF-421B-9E5E-C297FE7C7089.jpg
Here’s one of his old John Deere tractors...AA40977A-34F8-43E3-8901-90D057BEAADA.jpg

I should really put together some of the pics I took on our recent trip up to the family farm. I think you would really like the old hand hewn beams, stone work and etc of the old dairy barn. My Grandfather and Great-Grandfather built together.
